EBDS can handle all the details of billing administration. We collect a hierarchy of enrollment data about the group, participating employers, and individual participants. Next, we set up individual accounts for each participant and their coverages. Each month, we bill member companies and allow them to update their data. Finally, EBDS collects payments and distributes funds to each of the carriers. Throughout the process, we provide detailed monthly reports to help you identify trends and forecast more accurately. And the EBDS service center is always available to field questions from employers.
